Courier & freight operations platform
The problem
Package intake, waybills, and customer updates lived across spreadsheets, a shared inbox, and WhatsApp. Charges were collected manually at the counter, and reconciling a day took hours.
What we built
A full Logicware deployment: package intake and waybill generation, automatic customer notifications, depot workflow for the floor team, and online collection of shipping and customs charges against each waybill.
The outcome
The operation runs on one system. Customers are notified and can settle charges before they arrive, the counter queue is shorter, and the day reconciles itself.
Consignee portal
The problem
Package recipients had no way to see what they owed or when their package would be ready — every question was a phone call to the depot.
What we built
A customer portal where recipients register, pre-alert incoming shipments, see their invoices and package history, track status, and pay charges online. Designed for mid-range Android phones on mobile data, because that's the device in the customer's hand.
The outcome
Customers answer their own questions. The depot phone rings less, and packages leave the shelf faster.
The platform under Logicware
The problem
Serving multiple courier brands from one product without mixing their data, branding, or configuration — and without running a separate deployment per operator.
What we built
A multi-tenant SaaS architecture: one codebase, per-operator subdomains, isolated data, per-tenant configuration and theming, and a shared engineering baseline — typed .NET services, PostgreSQL, and monitored Dockerised deployments.
The outcome
New operators onboard onto existing infrastructure, and every improvement ships to all of them at once. It's the same stack we bring to client work.
